Terms and conditions of the lifetime warranty :


Do you want to activate your lifelong warranty on a garment you bought from us?

We’re very happy that you trust us with your most precious piece!


But before you contact us, please take note that:

  • we are not a dry cleaning company
  • we are not affiliated to the brands we sell and cannot replace original / monogrammed hardware / lining, etc.
  • the warranty only applies to garments : we do not repair jewelry, sunglasses, and leather goods
  • the shipping costs (one way and back) must be paid by you and have a tracking number included


So, what can we fix? Well, the list isn’t exhaustive, but we are up to deal with :

  • holes in a fabric
  • ripped or threadbare fabric or lining
  • missing buttons
  • broken zippers


If you want to make a request on a product, according to the terms of the guarantee, please send us an e-mail:



With the following information:

  • Your full name, your current address, your e-mail and phone number
  • The number of the order, the description, the brand of the item and the date you made the order (date of purchase of the product)
  • A photo showing the wear or deterioration of the product (Hole, scratch, tear etc …) and a description of the nature of the deterioration of the product and therefore the reason why you want to activate your Lifetime Warranty.


When we receive your email, Raoul Paris reserves the right to approve or reject your request according to the stage of deterioration, the nature of the degradation and the possibility of repair or restoration of the product.

Raoul Paris reserves the right in the event of fraud or misuse, to exclude certain requests and to cancel at any time their right to the Raoul Paris Lifetime Warranty.

If your complaint is approved, you will have to return the product to us at La Poste Colissimo with signature at the following address:

And generate a return slip to your address (also at yourown expenses, so that we can return the said product once the repair is done) that you will place in the package with the product.

This transaction may take the seller up to 30 business days. (from the receipt of the product).
