After confirmation of the order, the Seller undertakes to send to his carrier the package intended for the Buyer within 2 to 8 working days.
Parcels are prepared and shipped Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be located in the agreed geographical area. Delivery charges are expressed in euros, all taxes included and are the responsibility of the Buyer. They are fixed at 7 € TTC for Metropolitan France and all orders exceeding 100 € are supported by Raoul Paris.
Delivery is made via Colissimo (standard delivery without signature).
As soon as La Poste takes over the bill, and without exceptional circumstances, the Buyer receives the delivery within 48 hours to 72 hours.
Delivery times are only indicative; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the Buyer refunded. The Seller may provide by email to the Buyer the tracking number of his package. At any time, thanks to the communicated parcel number, the Buyer will be able to track the routing and location of his parcel by connecting to the site : www.laposte.fr/colissimo.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.In case of absence of the Buyer, he will receive a notice of passage, allowing him to withdraw the products ordered at the nearest post office, upon presentation of an ID, and for a period of 15 days. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to the Sender.
Shipping risks are the responsibility of the Buyer from the moment the items leave the premises of the Seller. The Buyer is obliged to verify in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging, the goods and the contents upon delivery.In case of damage during transport, any complaintmust be made with the carrier within three days of delivery.
In case of late delivery, the Buyer must report it by email to the address email@example.com.
The Seller will therefore be able to contact La Poste to open an inquiry (maximum delay of 21 days). If during this period, the product is found, it will be rerouted immediately to the home of the Buyer. If, on the other hand, the product is not found after 21 days of investigation, La Poste considers the package as lost.
The absence of claimon the part of the Buyer within a period of 30 days from the order will be worth confirmation: the product will be deemed delivered and accepted. It is therefore the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that any absence or difficulties encountered during the delivery are disputed within this period, so that any useful verification can be carried out. No complaintwill be admissible beyond this confirmation or delay.
Deliveries to CEE countries are made by Delivengo followed by Europe (excluding Switzerland). Delivery charges are expressed in euros and are in charge of the Buyer. They are fixed at 15€ for the EEC countries (excluding Switzerland). For deliveries outside the CEE and Switzerland deliveries are made by Delivengo services. Delivery charges are expressed in euros and are in charge of the Buyer. They are set at 25€ for countries outside the CEE and Switzerland.
For deliveries outside Metropolitan France, the Buyer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, and any other tax due from the country of receipt of the order.
The Seller can not engage incur any legal liability in the event of non-payment of taxes that have not been validly paid by the Buyer.
Returns, warranty and retractions
We accept returns for refund, just let us know within 24h of receiving the item that you wish to return it. If the Piecesdoes not fit or you are not satisfied with it, you may return it for a refund.

However, the refund or exchange of a product can only be made after verification of the product (s) returned(s). The product (s) must be returned in their original packaging, only by Colissimo with signature and must not have suffered any deterioration, even minor.
The buyer must return to us at his own expensesthe product by Post Colissimo with signature.
It is possible in some cases, to return the package to the Seller without tracking. If the Buyer opts for this solution and the package / letter does not reach its destination, the Seller will not be able to refund the Buyer. It is why the Seller can only advise the Buyer to opt for a package / letter followed with signature.
The Buyer will be refunded the amount of his purchase excluding shipping costs : the return costs remaining at his own expenses.Damaged or incomplete products will not be taken back by the Seller. Any risk related to the return of the order is the responsibility of the Buyer. It is therefore up to the Buyer to keep any proof of the return he has made.
The Purchaser will have the possibility to opt (1) for a credit of the amount of the merchandise which will then be valid one year maximum from its issue, (2) for the refund which will be done by credit of the card-bank used for the purchase (secure transaction) or (3) for an exchange.
Passed the 24h deadline after receiving the item without any complaint, no refund will be made.
